Refund policy

Fabrics, trims, mystery bundles, DIY projects, special orders, and anything cut to size can NOT be returned or exchanged. 

If you wish to cancel your order. Customers must send a cancellation email request to shop@sewbysew.com

Orders can only be canceled if the order has not left our facility.

If the order has been shipped and en route to the customer, then the customer is fully responsible to accept and pay for the order.
